I had perfect experience and would want to stay there again. There were a minibar, satellite TV and climate control in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Its location relatively close to Our Lady of Rosary Church was absolutely perfect and stunning.

I recently stayed at Praha Hotel for a few nights in Sapa. The location was perfect with a stunning view of the mountains. The reception staff, led by Mr. Kim, provided exceptional service, allowing us to check in early and even arranging delicious sandwiches for our bus trip back to Hanoi.
